How my journey began

Becoming a therapist, and eventually a coach, was a natural path for me beginning at a young age. Growing up in a family with various mental health struggles, I found myself naturally drawn to holding space for others. When I decided to pursue counseling as my major, I remember it came as no surprise to others

During this same period, my then-husband struggled with addiction, giving me firsthand experience in the importance of connection through difficult times and reinforcing my belief that it is a crucial factor in helping people move forward. In 2016, I returned to Montana and started my therapy practice, Bridger Peaks Counseling, which has since expanded into three office locations with over 20 practitioners.

In 2020, I went through a divorce and faced the process of untangling the attachment from 19 years of marriage and raising two children. Despite having a team of skilled professionals to support me through the process, I still felt the need for something more—a strategic partner who could guide me in representing myself and protecting my children. It was then that I realized the value of having a coach. This realization, combined with my own personal journey of navigating divorce and finding my footing as a woman on the other side, sparked a desire to support other women in similar situations. I decided to specialize in high-conflict divorce, becoming a coach in 2022.

Through my training as a therapist and now as a coach, I have gained the tools and expertise to serve as a guide, integrating not only my professional knowledge but also my life experiences. Everything in my journey has led me to Resilience to Rise. I believe that for women, going through a divorce or any significant life transition is an opportunity for a deep feminine awakening. As a coach, I aim to empower women to find clarity and resilience and harness their inherent strength in the midst of separation & divorce. My goal is to be an ally, a guide in clarity, and a strategic partner for individuals at any stage—from contemplation of separation to litigation.
